Steven Sterriker, D.P.M., M.S.
Dr. Steven A. Sterriker was born and raised in Anoka, Minnesota,
a small
suburb of Minneapolis-St. Paul. After graduating from Anoka
Senior High School, Dr. Sterriker earned his Bachelor of Arts
degree from Concordia Lutheran College in Austin, Texas where
he graduated in 1992 with High Academic Honors. He then attended
the Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine where he
completed his Master of Science degree in Biomedical Science
in 1994, followed by his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree
in 1996. He then moved to La Crosse, Wisconsin where he spent
three years at the Gundersen Clinic/Lutheran Hospital as a
surgical resident in Foot and Ankle Reconstruction and Primary
Podiatric Medicine.
Outside of his career interests, Dr. Sterriker enjoys many different outdoor recreational hobbies and interest, including golf, tennis, camping, fishing, biking, and traveling. His academic interests include research in foot and ankle biomechanics and surgery.
Dr. Sterriker brings not only a sound educational background to Ballew and Associates Podiatry, P.A. but also a sense of concern and recognition for the needs of our patients. He, and his partners, provide comprehensive medical and surgical treatment of all foot disorders of all patients ranging from infancy to adulthood.
