Dr. Couture was born and raised in Milwakee, WI. He graduated from Pius XI high school. He later attended Marquette University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology. In 2001 he went on to recieve his DPM degree from Scholl College of Podiatric Medicinine in Chicago. Dr. Couture completed two years of surgical residency at Thorek Medical Center in Chicago.

Dr. Couture enjoys sports like basketball, tennis and volleyball. He also enjoys traveling.

Dr. Couture is married to Hope Murray-Couture, D.P.M. (born Copperas Cove, TX), she is employed as a podiatrist with Kings Daughters.

During residency Dr. Couture focused on podiatric surgery, but had clinic rotations in orthopedics, anesthesia, general surgery, internal medicine and radiology. Podiatry clinic - spent time in attending's office and oversaw students in the hospital clinic.

Dr. Couture has two miniature dachshunds (Tiger & Little Bits).
